After visiting several mattress stores with disappointing experiences and unhelpful sales advisors, we were genuinely relieved to walk into Dreams. We came in speculatively, searching for a super king mattress - which had proven surprisingly difficult to find elsewhere. David was absolutely exceptional. I am highly satisfied with my overall experience, starting with Imran in sales, who was incredibly patient and kind, even offering me water while I made my decision. This excellent service continued with the delivery of my Davies Dual Ottoman bed frame. I was kept well-informed from the point of purchase right through to arrival, and I particularly appreciated being contacted on the day with a clear estimated delivery time, which made the entire process seamless.

I have rated my purchase 4 stars instead of 5 only because I didn't realise that the base of the storage is a fabric cover rather than a solid floor. While I am very happy with the quality and look of the bed, I would have preferred a solid base for the storage area. Providing more clarity on this specific detail in-store or online would have made this a perfect 5-star experience.

The customer in the store was excellent throughout.

The products in the store and the sleep machine gave me an opportunity to find the mattress and bed that I really didn't know I wanted and needed.

I have been sleeping on my newly purchased Ottoman bed for about a month now. I can confirm that the bed is well made, beautiful and luxurious. The assembly was very quick and the mattress very comfortable. The staff were helpful and professional.

David helped me find a bed that was perfect for me, not only that but he knew about my autism and so, he rewarded me for coming to a decision by throwing in some pillows case and some very good deals. Absolutely lovely guy and god bless him for more success
