Excellent friendly and helpful service from Dreams Barnstaple

I am very pleased with my purchases - an ottoman bed base and a metal headboard, which because of supply issues were delivered separately. I was even more pleased with the standard of customer service in every area, in the Barnstaple shop, and both delivery teams were first class. The only possible issue was that it seemed that I had to follow up for my second delivery of the metal headboard rather than being informed in advance of my query as to when I could expect it. However this was no more than a small administration error. I could not fault either the items I purchased or the Dreams employees that I dealt with.

Lovely comfortable mattress at a good price. Ordering process was simple and hassle free. I changed the delivery date and this also was easy to do and delivery men were courteous and helpful.

Visited two major bed retailers. Decided I liked the staff at Dreams (Barnstaple, North Devon), who were helpful, friendly, informative and easy to talk to.
We visited the store once, tried many different mattresses, asked many questions, (which the two ladies answered informatively), opted for a particular mattress, paid, chose the delivery date. The bed arrived at the time and date expected. Best mattress we have had. Many thanks Dreams. We will be back!

Fantastic mattress. Bought for youngest daughters bed, as eldest daughter has the same and brilliant.
Perfect for adults too, as I often sleep there.
Customer service is fab. Purchased from store. Won't buy anywhere else as quality is great and personal service is second to none.

We recently purchased a divan and headboard from the Barnstaple branch of Dreams and found the staff very helpful and courteous. Pip and her colleague were patient and thoughtful.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the shop by 2 assistants, who obviously worked well as a team.
The assistant who actually dealt with our purchase, led us too our options and explained everything we needed to know.
Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere, with experience and knowledge readily available.

Excellent staff and service at the Barnstaple store!

We visited our local Barnstaple store to buy a mattress and was greeted by Chelsea who was very welcoming and friendly. Chelsea was very knowledgeable and showed us many options for our needs, the store was very clean and the nessesary precautions were in place for Covid safety.
They didn't have the exact mattress we wanted to try in store but we purchased it anyway with the option of returning it after 40 days if it doesn't suit us. The right mattress is a big purchase and there was no pressure to buy at all, we left feeling positive and happy.

Great experience I placed my order by phone and spoke to two very helpful and professional ladies. Lauren and Abbey from the Barnstaple store were so patient and helpful. They took my orders arranged for my old items to be recycled and confirmed delivery for the following week. Would highly recommend
