Store staff were excellent at taking us through the sleep assessment and use of the machine and then giving us all the options that were suitable to our specific back/health issues and all price ranges. I really appreciated the time staff took with us. I've been using the mattress and side sleeper pillows for over a month now - fantastic night's sleep all round, incredibly comfy and would definitely recommend Dreams to family and friends.

Went to the store to look at the beds. Very helpful staff. Quick and great delivery. The two delivery guys were great. Very helpful.

nothing beats trying out mattresses. The mattress compatibility equipment was quick and well worth it. If you get poor sleep your whole life is affected! It was well worth the experience. It was fun too. The sales representative was informative but not pushy

We came to dreams because of an awful experience with Bensons for Beds. The staff were amazing and we sorted a bed and mattress with ease! We also used the dream machine! They offered next week delivery which was amazing!

I was looking for a new mattress after having major surgery but discovered that's Dreams did not sell the particular make that I was looking for. However they were exceptionally helpful in finding one just as good. Witherspoon help of the bed tester machine we found the perfect solution

Really friendly and helpful staff. Salesman had great product knowledge, friendly attitude and just really helpful. We used the sleepmatch machine which came up with a mattress we were thinking of purchasing anyway, tried out different ones from the range and made our selection. We are really looking forward to our new mattress being delivered and hopefully a lot more comfortable sleep!

Julie was very helpful in guiding me through my options resulting in the right bed & mattress for my needs. Delivery date was agreed and was advised the day to delivery of my time slot which they didn't disappoint with. Old bed taken and new assembled, now have perfect nights sleep, thank you.

Staff, Jon in particular, very helpful and knowledgable in explaining different types of mattress for different sleep postures. In addition they had no problem with the length of time we took just lying down and testing several mattresses over 2 days before we made our choice.

A really good shopping experience and served by a lovely guy who was very knowledgeable and patient. He ensured we got all the facts to make an informed purchase. Pleased we bought the extended insurance cover for piece of mind.

From sales to delivery to customer service, Dreams have been very helpful

Lots of choice, help to decide, straightforward delivery and comfortable bed - and got rid of the old one. May sound simple but plenty of bed stores just don't do customer service. See other reviews if you want to know which.
