I ordered a personalised bottle of whiskey was a muck around from the start , a month a 10 days after my Order they cancelled it because it hadn’t even left production yet. Highly disappointed and would not recommend. Customer service was seriously poor. All I asked for was a date it would be shipped after a month of waiting and it got cancelled for “free” like that was a gift to me

I have not received an update on order DRUS2861792. This order was placed in January, I was charged on 1/9/26. I reached out to customer service several days back and have not heard back. Please advise on status if possible.
