Having had a pair of draper expert loppers bought as a present it was dissapinting to find that a small spring broke during the first used.
On contacting customer service to organise a new spring owing to not being able to trace the original point of sale they went full on and replaced the complete set.
Have to say,having purchased draper products over a good many years for my trade work this customer service level is as always fantastic.
It's put faith in the product support should something like my broken spring occur.

I had a socket set from Draper Tools. In 2013 my garage was burgled and my socket set taken. The insurance company replaced it with... a Draper Socket set which gave good service. Last week I was attempting to screw a Lag Bolt/Thunderbolt into a very hard brick wall but my old arms (71) don't have the strength that they used to. My neighbour has a live-in carer, an absolute Goliath. He did his best to help but got the 8mm socket irremovably fixed onto the bolt. I needed a replacement. Enter Debbie of Draper Tools Customer Services. My particular socket set was discontinued in 2021 but diligent Debbie has tracked down an 8mm socket that we are both hoping will fit my set. She has arranged same day posting to me. The really beautiful part is that it is FREE, as a goodwill gesture. Well, Debbie and Draper certainly have my goodwill!

Had an issue with a Draper product - which was a surprise. Reported the issue to the Draper team and within 48hrs the team sent me a replacement .

Appalling service. Bought a Strimmer/bushcutter 81880 and would not recommend draper in any way shape or form. Filled out a chat request for parts - nothing. Rang customer service and was given wrong part and number for dealer parts service as ‘they may have better idea’ They didn’t have a clue either and agreed that part schematics were shoddy. Customer service said they’d ring me back and I’m still waiting a week later! Suggested I order the part that I knew was wrong ‘just to see’. Funny thing I am now even further out of pocket. You never know how good a company is until you need assistance. I know now!

I have a very old Draper desk top moulder which had stopped working. James from Customer Service not only confirmed the correct model, but also found the component I needed to fix it, even though the part had been discontinued and was not listed on any new schematic. Bought a vacuum some months back from a closing branch of major DIY shed. Only just gone to use and found missing castors. Contacted Draper to purchase and they offered to send FOC. I purchased a socket set from Amazon, unfortunately one of the hex socket pieces was not working properly- I contacted Draper directly- I did not want to return the whole set, would have been so much of a faff when just one piece was needed - Joe in customer services recognised this and stepped out of process and sent the piece free of charge - I wanted to take the opportunity to thank Joe for working outside of normal protocol and just being great - getting a complete item collected then redelivered would have been far more costly on all fronts - so thank you Joe what a star

Debbie and Rob at Draper have been fantastic to talk to and deal with ! I returned my cob torch to Draper as it developed a non charging fault. Even though the torch was more than 12 months old following inspection of the fault, Draper kindly sent me a new replacement torch. You cannot expect any more from a premier company. A tyre air pump was delivered with a defective gauge. An email was answered by Gina within hours and although I found it difficult to email a copy of the receipt, Gina patiently helped me through and arranged for a replacement.
11/10 for service.

Wow. I was blown away by Draper tools customer service.
I lost a torx bit for my Vde tool kit but could not find a replacement online.
Emailed Draper tools directly to see if they could help
Gina emailed me back promptly and asked for the toolkit stock number.
Once that was supplied she distributed it straight away. The whole experience was professionally wonderful from start to finish.
