AIB Insurance Reviews 

I continue to renew my policies with AIB for the fact that they have consistently delivered excellent service: UK-based call centre, they're proactive, are a team of petrol-heads who know what car's they're quoting for, competitive pricing and they offer tailored specialist insurance to suit stock cars through to heavily modified.

Lastly, they recently went above and beyond helping me with my upcoming renewal, ensuring I would not be without cover while something needing administering with the underwriter.

Would certainly recommend!

I had a wonderful, friendly and very professional called Harry, most recommended that anyone looking for an excellent communicator and someone who goes above and beyond. He is your man. I got the best deal and much more than I had been offered through other insurance brokers. I know that my needs where a little more complicated than others but Harry was able to sort them all out. Harry, if you get to read this notice. You were an absolute star. Happy to call you with any other insurance needs that I might need in the future. Thank you so much, for the best deal that I could get and also for your time and patience with me.

Would have given this review no stars but you cannot. Been with this insurance broker for several years no more though! Took three days to try and change my house insurance as moving house and then they wanted to charge me 300-400% more than the market average for the new property. Loyalty gets you nowhere. Use Martin Lewis MSE site and do it yourself you are slowly getting ripped off otherwise.

Received cold call for quote, on came the hard sell and issues resulting in much dissatisfaction. Call dropped, no follow up or complaint recorded. Hidden barriers clearly in place over complaints procedures and this regulated firm. Eight weeks up so enforcement coming in due course 👌

He explained everything very well.

As an Executor I needed unoccupied house insurance and Harry at AIB was very helpful and took the time to explain my options then went away to get me a couple of quotes and came back to me the same afternoon. I was able to take out the best option for our situation and was grateful for the help given

So I was loosing the will to live with issues over needing a 'credit agreement signiture' request by Close Brothers as an on line request, which I was not prepared to do. I finally spoke to a Harry who was very helpful, sympathetic and understanding and then in turn Petek, a lovely lady, who rang Close Brothers on my behalf and sorted out not just the signiture issue(which wasn't required in the end) but the payments and amounts which Close Brothers arbitrarily changed from what I had agreed with Academy, now known as AIB, I am really fed up with Close Brothers and their underhand dealings and unhelpfulness, but very happy with the above two CSA's and the outcome. Thank you both of you and I hope you are rewarded somehow for going above and beyond to help me.

I recently took out a new policy with AIB insurance and was very impressed with the efficient service I received from Harry, the Sales Advisor. He was very helpful, courteous and responded promptly, and I was satisfied with the quote.

I purchased a rare Japanese import car. Artur did a fantastic job, working really hard as there were a few headaches however all resolved and the quote was £800 cheaper than a rival specialist insurer.
