They sent the wrong shoes

They sent the wrong shoes, also the wrong size. The shoes look nothing like the picture. Don't waste your money it's a scam. Tried to e-mail them back and found out the e-mail doesn't work. It's a total scam. They belong in jail for fraud.

Slow response and delayed pick-up at Milan shop

I placed an order on 28 July 2025 with Drako.it for a set of Lian Li UNI FANs, to be picked up at their Milan Point of Sale. When I ordered, the product page noted that the item was “not available, but can be reserved by the manufacturer” and estimated 3–4 days for delivery to the shop.

On 31 July, unable to find any support email on their site, I messaged Drako’s Instagram page and they kindly provided an email address. I emailed them the same day requesting an update and modification to my order, but as of 7 August, I have received no reply, and the fans have still not arrived at the store.

Overall, the ordering process was confusing (hidden support contact), and their customer service has been unresponsive. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Drako.it and will look elsewhere for future purchases. Once my order finally arrives, I’ll update this review. but for now, be prepared for slow support and potential delays.

At the time of purchase, the product page clearly indicated that both items ordered were not currently in stock, but could be reserved from the manufacturer, with an estimated restocking time of 4/5 working days. This availability estimate was visible directly on the product page at the time of your order.

On 31 July, we received your email requesting a change to your order. That request was handled immediately and the update was successfully processed and confirmed.

To date, we have not received any further messages or follow-ups from your side via email. Please note that our contact information is clearly listed in the footer of every page of our website, under the "Contact Us" section. We are always available to assist via email or phone.

As you may understand, we are currently in the middle of the summer period, during which supplies from manufacturers and distributors may experience delays. This unfortunately affects the speed of restocking certain products, including the items in your order.

We apologize for any confusion caused and appreciate your patience. We are monitoring your order and will notify you promptly once the items are ready for pickup at our Milan location.

Never received my RTX 5090, suspected scam

Ordered a RTX 5090 graphics card on 30/01 and patiently waited for them to get stock. Finally over 2 months later they asked for payment and I paid immediately. They gave me a tracking number but even after 14 days still nothing was delivered. They have no answers for me. It's very suspicious. I asked for a refund now, but it doesn't look like they will refund either, I will probably have to involve my bank and the authorities if I ever want to see my money again. Communication with this company is slow and confusing. Avoid at all costs. (If someone from Drako is reading this, I'm willing to amend this review if you process a refund within the next 3 days, so I can at least buy the product somewhere else, thanks)

Il prodotto è stato regolarmente affidato al corriere, ma purtroppo si è verificato un problema logistico al di fuori del nostro controllo.
