Dishonest business, that sends out cancellation emails while holding on to the money. They are doing this mostly to foreign buyers who can't even reach out to them through their buggy/cheap website. Avoid at all cost. Once your money is transferred, you are then at their mercy for refund.

No apology or anything and of course that way I had missed getting a good deal because of their error. Really bad costumer service, won‘t buy again and can‘t recommend.

They say 'available' but then they have to receive the device from their own warehouse before actually delivering it, and it takes forever for them to refund if one wants to cancel the order.
They are so unexpectedly disappointing.

I bought several electronics from there, usually mobiles and robomops. All products were good and no defaults. A Xiaomi mobile has been with me for 3 years and still working.

More than a month ago I ordered a Xiaomi MI Mop 2 (that costs more than 300€ , a lot of money for me).
The order went well, but the product was defective so I immediately sent it back for the after sales assistance a couple of days after.
I received a message telling them that they received the product back, but nothing more.
Up to now a month and a half has elapsed and even I keep writing on the after sales assistance chat they keep telling me that they are waiting for a vendor update.
More than 1 MONTH without knowing if my 300€ product will ever be refunded or replaced with a new one.

I ordered a PC at great price on Monday, my payment went through, and 2 days later they cancelled it saying there was no stock, which is a lie since the components are available to buy separately on their website.
No compensation whatsoever is offered and no honest explanation either. Not to be trusted!!
