Absolutely dreadful again
Absolutely dreadful again. If I could give a minus I would. Advised that the business delivery in Dundee would be delivered between 3.30 and 4.30. The delivery driver LONUT - arrived took a photo outside the building didn’t attempt to come into the building which is open until 9pm- left and sent a text unable to deliver. Disgraceful service and behaviour. AND ITS NOT THE 1st Time!!!!!

Couldn't be bothered to deliver to me in person nd left in unsafe place
The delivery person rang the bell, but despite knowing I was in, he decided to leave the parcel (an expensive item without any additional packaging to disguise it) downstairs in an unsafe place and didn't bother to bring it to the door.

All day wait with zero delivery
I have waited in all day (Friday) for a delivery with the time extending to 22.00 hours, this evening (date below).
I have the DPD app which is pretty much useless for tracking, even when zooming out to see where the vehicle is.
A ping arrived @ 17:45 onto my app
"Sorry, we have missed you, your driver wont be back today we will be back Mon 27th July with your parcel".

Avoid dpd when possible
I ordered something from a company and they offered it to be delivered by dpd i thought thats okay because it should be decently reliable but no. I had no shipping updates except for one to say that my order would be coming the next 2 days but after that nothing at all then after they didnt try to deliver anything they sent it back to the company again with zero emails or sms messages telling me my parcel was attempted to be delivered. Messaged them on the app and they told me i hadnt put in the right address and that i should give them the WhatThreeWords of my house and to send a photo of my house which i feel is excessive and most other delivery companies do not need any of this because their drivers arent liars and dont attempt to deliver anything and that i also had put in the right address because i know where i live. Overall bad experience and Neil who should have been delivering my parcel is a liar and told his boss that he was unable to find my house when its quite easy to find for other companies who arent scumbags.

Awful. I was not home and the DPD driver left my package on the mat in full view of passers by to see! No common sense of wisdom to hide in enclosed porch wall. Anybody could have stolen my package. Very disappointed!
