Sent the wrong switch and cover plate…
Sent the wrong switch and cover plate for fitment, spoke with a representative who said to send over an email with pictures and info and they will resolve instantly and send out next day delivery as we had an electrician booked to install with our new lights.
Failed to follow this through and have had no communication in return, have called today and left voicemail to contact me but no return in email or phone call still.
Would avoid this company again and will not be referring to friends after spending £93 on a single light switch that we are stuck with and no interest in replacing, and an electrician now having to find another days work due to being let down.

We're so sorry you received the wrong faceplate, and that you had difficulty getting in touch yesterday, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been for you, especially when you’re trying to get your installation sorted. This isn’t the experience we want for anyone.
A member of our customer service team has been in touch by phone today to resolve this for you. Your replacement faceplate has already been issued. These hand-finished plates do take a little longer to prepare, and we’ll email you as soon as it’s ready to be dispatched.
Just to reassure you, you don’t need to delay your installation, as our faceplates simply clip onto the back‑unit once everything is installed.

I ordered replacement glass bubbles for my medium chandelier and needed an extra one after I'd placed the original order. The company kindly posted a spare free of charge which they didn't have to do. So it's a 5 star from me!

Looking for something different with exceptional attention to detail?
Absolutely love all the Dowsing and Reynolds pieces I have. If you’re anything like myself with an eye for detail and a craving for something different, then you won’t be disappointed! The quality of materials, finish and overall design of their products is far from the norm.
Being from yorkshire myself, the price point at first seems fairly high, however once you see the quality and feel the weight of the materials, it is spot on.
Our ribbed bubble light gets complements at gatherings all the time. Combined with a brass dimmer switch it gave our dining room that dramatic atmosphere we were looking for.
Out of several orders I only had one issue which was a faulty toggle switch, I sent an email over explaining the issue and that same day (bearing in mind it was Sunday) a replacement was ordered.
10/10 cannot recommend enough.

disappointed
Lights are lovely and what we wanted but needed 5. They sent 5 but only 4 of the same colour. I cannot get them to send me a returns label to send wrong colour back and they aren’t making them any more so cannot complete the order. Very disappointed

Amazing customer service and product quality
Delighted with the purchase of two Grantley ribbed glass spotlight bars for my kitchen. Initial delivery was speedy and on discovering an issue with one of the light inserts on arrival, I was incredibly impressed with the swift, no quibble resolution. The lights are now a statement piece in my kitchen and I'm enjoying switching them on each day!

Terrible Experience
Paid for goods, chased delivery for 2 weeks, customer service don't answer phonecalls or reply to emails. They forgot about our order twice and then only dispatched half of it, no communication. Promised delivery several times and never happened and then emailed us saying sorry they were at an Xmas party.
