Terrible Experience
Paid for goods, chased delivery for 2 weeks, customer service don't answer phonecalls or reply to emails. They forgot about our order twice and then only dispatched half of it, no communication. Promised delivery several times and never happened and then emailed us saying sorry they were at an Xmas party.

High quality and stylish products
I placed a large order for switches and sockets for my new home a few months ago. Most of the items were delivered on time, while a few arrived about four months later. Throughout this period, the team consistently reassured me and kept me informed, so I wasn’t concerned. Lizzie was especially helpful and regularly updated me on the status of my order.
A few months later, I needed to replace some items, and despite them being outside the exchange period, Lizzie kindly arranged the replacements.
The products are elegant, stylish, and of excellent quality, with outstanding finishing.
Lizzie is highly professional and supportive, and I would definitely recommend contacting her if you plan to deal with this company.

Waldorf wall lights
Lamps are exactly what we were looking for and didn’t disappoint when delivered. Delivery was longer than expected but when I contacted D&R they provided an update on progress. I also had another question on installation which was promptly answered. All good.

Ordered 2 handles for a customer
Ordered 2 handles for a customer, they arrived when unboxed 1 of those handles was chipped, sent a photo on the 4th Dec, 5th Dec said they would send a replacement on the 15th Dec still no replacement when I emailed them they had basically forgotten to send it.
Cannot get hold of them by phone had to email them.
Customer service is not great at all

Great choice of style and colours
I found Dowsing & Reynolds a couple of months ago when looking for black sockets / switches and this time I have bought 2 red sockets and 2 red switches for my utility room. They are good quality and look stunning - they really make a statement.

Positive shopping and customer cervices experiencee
Site was easy to navigate and had a wide range of quality items. I was looking for a double outlet ceiling rose and they had nice solid metal ones for a very good price. I received the item which was unfortunately a wrong one, but after contacting the supplier the correct one was sent out immediately and I could keep the other item as well - I found a perfect spot in the house to use that one too!

Made to last
I ordered the medium frosted bubble chandelier on a preorder and did wait over a month for delivery. It was worth the wait and we absolutely love it. It is great quality and we were able to shorten the cords easily to have it sit higher up. I really appreciate that they don't do huge discounts throughout the year as it makes you appreciate the quality of the brand.
