Super Stylish Solution
Electrical extension cables are not the sexiest things on the market but this product is such a stylish solution. I usually hide cables wherever I can but in this case I needed something that would be on show, so it had to look good. This product feels design led, simple, colourful and just a joy to see extending across the room. Expertly made, hand finished details and designed in Yorkshire; what more does thi want? Belting!

Great lamp, prefect in the alcove. Easy to install. Is brilliant quality, although not cheap is worth the cost, definitely.

Light switches are deeper than normal and they won’t refund
Poor experience overall. We bought a 2-gang dimmer switch and it was too deep for our (standard size) box. The electrician advised us to send it back as it was still in perfect condition, so paid a ridiculous amount for the dimmer and paid for postage and paid to return it but Dowsing and Reynolds wouldn’t accept the return. Apparently they’re sending it back but I have no tracking details and it’s useless to me anyway as I don’t have a need for a 2-gang dimmer elsewhere and it’s still too deep for a normal light switch box.
You have to look quite hard in the product details to find the specs, it’s 35mm deep where all others we found were 17-25mm deep.
Even the switches (no dimmer) that are usually not as deep are 35mm so I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re an electrician and have inspected first and sized up exactly what it can take as they won’t let you return.
Won’t buy from them again.
Edited to add: after my trustpilot review they did eventually send my light switch back to me but it’s still useless so it’s now taking up space in the seller and my review remains at 1 star as the sizing is still not clear that they require over the standard size of wall box.

I'm really sorry to hear that our dimmer switch wasn't the depth you were expecting, and that you didn't get the outcome you were expecting from your return. Unfortunately, we can't accept a return after a product has been installed, as it's no longer in it's original condition.
All of our product's have their dimensions listed under the Details & Specification section on each listing, and there we recommend using backboxes with at least 35mm of depth to ensure our products can be installed.

The range and product style is fabulous, but.
The range and product style is fabulous. But, Unfortunately when I received the switch and waited 2 weeks to get an electrician out to fit
my double switch, one of the switches didn’t work. Now I have to wait for the new switch element to be delivered and then wait for the Electrian to come back and fit it. That part of the experience is very disappointing.

The company is unethical
The company is unethical. They deducted £25 from my return due to the box of a faulty light switch, being missing. Initially they tried to deduct £49 until I challenged them. Was going to buy additional sockets but after this experience, I took my money elsewhere! Be weary of them!
