My mattress is way too thin and flimsy. I wouldn’t recommend. I’m extremely disappointed for £159.99.

I have checked the order, and you had a 200-night sleep trial, which means you had 200 nights from delivery to either return or exchange the mattress.
Unfortunately, if the 200-night trial period has now expired, we would be unable to arrange a return or exchange under the trial.

I understand your concerns regarding the mattress and your request for a better alternative.
I have checked the order details and can confirm that the sleep trial for your Mattress expired on 9 March 2026. As the order is now outside the applicable sleep trial period, we are unable to offer a return, refund or exchange based on comfort or suitability.
If you believe the mattress has developed a manufacturing fault, we can still assess this under the terms of the warranty. The warranty process is separate from the sleep trial and would require the mattress to be assessed to determine whether a qualifying fault is present. We have emailed the QC warranty process/

The mattress is very comfortable . I had a slightly bad back on my first night with it but it’s better now . I’m a bit concerned that it will sag in time but I’ll see . The delivery wasn’t great . I received an email saying it had been delivered and signed for but in actual fact it was just left outside my house without them even ringing my doorbell . I thought they were going to take away the old mattress for recycling
