Constant nagging

Constant nagging. They text or call you about 6 times to make a delivery. Just give me a date and time window and be done with it. Also, their GPS needs to be updated because they always go to the back gate of my condo, then they call me, again, and I have to direct them to the front. I don't understand how all the other deliveries like UPS and Fedex know about the front gate but this courier does not. Then they are rude as if it's my fault they got to the wrong entrance. Just so you understand how anxious and frustrated they make me, I now prefer to wait on Canada post. There are too many perfect reviews if you ask me I think they're padding them, no other courier company gets such perfect reviews.

These guys rock!

I use them for all my web hosting and whatnot and that is largely down to the fact that everything is straightforward and well laid out and the support I have had over the years has always been rapid and effective. Wouldn't use anyone else!

Very helpful, hands on support

Great customer service

Really helpful when entering into an online chat, everything was basically sorted for me. Friendly and understanding. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their own domain.

Very Good Customer Service

Very helpful, can't really understand how they can afford to provide the help they did - Oliver was online helping me for half an hour for a service that they're only charging me about £16/year for. Very impressive. Got about 10 domains registered with them and would never go elsewhere.

Great Support

I spoke with Oliver in Live chat and he was very helpful and gave me the information I required. Our request was then Actioned by David very quickly. Highly recommend this company.

Domain issues

After I purchased my domain, I had problems with things saying I didn't pay it, but Domain Express sorted this out very quickly and Oliver Finn is a credit to the company!

fab service. really really good.

These guys are great. I have no tech experience at all. I have used the company for years to purchase domain names for my business. Over the time their cust service has always been prompted personal and very helpful. Renewals and handling of domains is very clear and easy. No hidden costs. They have even recently help me redirect a number of domains as I have no idea how to do this. All in all really happy with the service and plan to continue on with them 😊

Support received from Mark Fordham was absolutely excellent, very prompt and clear with instruction (I wanted to set up email froward and webmail setup).

Excellent service at all times !

Despite having many difficulties over the past week with my email accounts, every time (there were many) i contacted DomainExpress, i had excellent customer service. My requests were handled very quickly and professionally and my issues were resolved promptly.
