I have been using Red IT for a few years now, and while they might not be quite as 'feature rich' as some of the other hosting companies out there, there's more than enough tools to do what's needed.

Extremely poor
Extremely poor, or non existent, support. Many phone calls and tickets opened but no response meant we defaulted on a URL and consequently lost the Web Site. Not happy!

I'm sorry that our VPS service did not work out for you as you would have liked it too.
I'm sure that the the very high level of SPAM abuse reports that we had for your VPS IP Address had nothing to do with the reason that the service didn't work out well for you.
Great customer service
Great customer service, you actually get to talk to the people running the company, not to some impersonal call-centre. They really take their time to help, are super friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend!
