Took over a week to put a vehicle onto the MID and then tried charging extra money on my policy a bunch of cowboys take my advice and use a professional company

I can happily recommend this company. The staff was very professional & able to answer any questions I had. I am very pleased with the service provided, do not hesitate on choosing this company!

My MotorTrade was due for renewal and I have been put in touch with DNA that offered quite a good value. As I'm trading from home, they "forgot" to mention that there will be a limit of 5 max vehicles I can have in the same time. As the policy didn't suited my needs I asked if this can be increased and apparently it cannot.
I had to cancel and despite the agent telling me upon quoting that if there are any issues with the quote I have the right to cancel FREE of charge 2 weeks after the start of the policy, now there are taking a lot of fees which they want to deduct from the deposit I paid.
I thought they are a serious company but they avoid saying key things hoping you will go ahead and take the insurance with them and then they charge you for everything. Plus that I had to call days in the row to be able to cancel... I would STAY AWAY from them as they are deliberately hiding things so they can take money from you.

Looking at the reply, I mentioned cancellation hasn’t been stated over the phone, instead a grace period was mentioned. You are sending documents after the deposit has been paid and insurance has been taken. My point is clear you are deliberately misleading people so you can charge your fees afterwards, even if the product isn’t suitable. How does that work? We are all in the trade for money, but the way you are making them is wrong and people should know about your practices!

Don’t fall for a few pounds they are saving you, go with a trusted provider as these guys will never have your back.

I would give them a minus if I could. They never call back when they tell you they are going to. I have had nothing but problems since taking out the policy. They reduced my payments then increased them due to a mistake on there part. I have no faith in this company and would advise people to avoid them at all cost. I have asked to cancel the policy due to all the issues and have been told I would need to pay a cancellation fee to do this even though I have had nothing but a bad experience with them. I received emails and WhatsApp messages to call them with them saying that they had tried to call me but had no missed calls or answerphone messages from them.

Took insurance put with these robbing company an cost well over £200 then cost another £105 just after a month was cancled and no refund was given wont reply to emails ..and want another £164 😫 Stay well clear these should be investigated

I recently renewed my policy with DNA Insurance and i am sorry to say that i am very disappointed with the level of service i am getting . I have started my renewal on 5th of this month and due to some unexpected circumstances i am planning to move abroad and requested cancellation but this company is demanding more money which is approx. 30/40% of my annual premium . I have already paid the deposit which covers the premium for few months and now they are asking more funds to cancel . I have failed to understand why i have to pay that much premium for using the cover for 25 days or less . I have tried to resolve this amicably but company is refused to look into it . Avoid them at all cost . I am going to take them to Ombudsmen and PRA .

Super service from Charli Rushforth on a number of insurance quotes we put to her. The quotes came out the most competitive with an excellent level of cover. Very professional and friendly, highly recommended.

The worse company I have been with . They nice customer service until like you take the policy with them as sooner you took policy they all lie and just they want your money . If anything come up they like we don’t cover that . we don’t cover these . And I highly recommend don’t don’t use them

It has been the worst experience Iv had. Iv been a customer with dna for years. But the experience Iv had and the way they handled the problem they caused was ridiculous. I believe they sell u falls information. They forced me to cancel my policy and have charged me 2/3 off my policy for 3 months cover. Be careful to wat u buy off dna.

Good professional service as I found last year so I stuck with the same company. Good communication and easy to use portal.

AVOID AVOID AVOID absolute con artists this company should be closed down no structure to complain take money from your acc and have to fight to get it back then they don't pay it back and it starts all over again! They do what they want when they want,GOD help us if we were involved in an accident they would drop you like a stone, I for one would not trust them to have me or my company or my family covered for any reason, they are SCAM artists hiding behind a load of sales people, just wait till you have a problem or been overcharged good luck !!!
And getting someone to call you back after your complaint....try 3 weeks !!!!they really are the absolute bottom of the pile in any insurance searches
