Terrible customer service. Rude and unresponsive staff. Happy to take the money but unwilling and disinterested in ensuring delivery is timely and effective.

No accountability.

Will be warning potential customers to carefully read a wide range or reviews. Will ensure I share my opinion on as many sites as possible.

I ordered a Milan zip and link mattress. Needed urgent delivery on a Saturday and this was arranged with no issues. Product came on time and the delivery guys were excellent, kept me informed and even took it upstairs for me. Great service all round.

Few issues with delivery but were sorted by company. Good quality bed base. Thank you.

Purchased a made to measure divan set. Really good quality product, and arrived quickly despite the current challenges.
The items were well protected in their packaging and the courier kept us informed all the way through.
Definitely recommended !

I have now used the Divan Bed Centre on multiple occasions to purchase Zip & Link beds and mattresses for my self-catering holiday business. Gopal has always been incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with. Delivery has been fast, careful and efficient and the beds themselves regularly get mentioned by guests in their reviews as super comfy (to the point we've been asked where they're from a couple of times). I can also recommend the Revive 1500 pocket sprung and 50mm memory foam mattress as I've been sleeping on one myself for the last 12 months!

Following numerous emails and telephone calls regarding a mattress purchased from divan bed Center, I am pleasantly pleased to have received our monies back today.
Hanif, the owner of this company has now dealt with this promptly, but this will be the last experience that we will have with this company.

Still waiting on bed that was ordered on 13.5.20. Was told beginning of last week it was coming then so got old bed out and uplifted, it didnt come. I then recieved a text message yesterday to say it would come late am/early pm today. It is now 6pm and nothing, nobody answering calls.
Took an emergency annual leave for delivery as work 7am-2pm. Kids haven't been able to get and enjoy the weather.
Edited, not long after writing review bed arrived, mattresses are good quality. Did get a reply later on to say that driver had been held on another job ....

I bought a Mayfair Memory Foam Orthopaedic Sprung 5ft King Size Divan Bed 6 weeks ago. Both the service and the bed lived up to my expectations in all regards, and I felt I received excellent value for money. I would strongly recommend this company and product.

Very very good service. Ordered a Victoria zip and link double divan set on a Friday pm and they were delivered to a very rural spot near Kielder the following Friday. BJS the delivery company were brilliant, definately the best we have ever dealt with. Our location is remote and very difficult to find, but their web site made it easy to give accurate directions, and alter the precise point of the post code. They confirmed delivery within a few days of the order being placed, emailed and texted 24 hours before with a 3 hour delivery slot, and rang ahead 30 mins prior to arrival. The drivers were great, nothing was too much trouble.

On the slightly negative side a couple of castors and bolts were missing, but these were posted up by recorded delivery with a day or two of me emailing Divan Beds. The quality of the 'cotton' covering of the divan is not quite as expected, but its OK, and the headboard joining slats were a little on the short side for our deep mattress' but I was able to fix that easily.

The beds are comfortable, and a 10 hour uninterupted first nights sleep says it all really! I would use again, well done Divan Beds Centre.

I bought a bed base that, upon inspection, wasn't fit for me due to a medical condition I suffer with. I had a talk with them about my issues and they were really good about it. It's not something they could have foreseen.
Since they didn't have anything in stock that suited me better, I was offered a full refund.

Delivery was great and communications top notch.

Great bed , well packed ,good communication, polite and well presented delivery . Excellent service all round. Would be happy to order from here again .

I can't emphasise enough about how helpful the staff are and how great the beds are.

We have bought 55 beds from this company. Most are single but can be made into King by the zipped join.

They are much cheaper than others and every guest tells us they absolutely love the bed, with some asking for their contact to actually buy a bed for themselves!

Best buy ever ...and we will continue to buy more beds from them as needed. Highly, highly recommended!

I found the mattress that I wanted and used a discount code that I found and I was very happy with the price.
I was particularly impressed with the delivery. My village is served by only 2 postcodes so I'm always having problems with missed or delayed deliveries. The delivery site allowed me to give precise directions and even produced a google map for me to confirm my location.
Very impressed.

Product just about adequate for the price, but as it says on their website "We sell quality divans beds and accessories online as cheaply as possible - No Frills - No Added Costs". Customer service is obviously a "frill" they have cut out. They promise free delivery within 2-10 working days. On day 10 I had still heard nothing from them (they took the money the instant it was ordered), so I phoned them and was told their courier was very busy (presumably they had not prepared for Christmas run-up).
Be aware of their delivery terms which state: Please make sure that you have the goods inspected before signing on the delivery note. Any complaint / damage should be written on the delivery note without fail before the couriers leave.
The appalling couriers do not wait for you to check the goods and when I insisted, he attempted to walk out claiming the customer refused to sign for the goods.
Overall, a cheap guest bed from a cheap company, so as ever, you get what you pay for.

Ordered a bed on the 1st Dec ready for our daughter to come back from uni. Should of been delivered before she came back. We are still waiting! Both my husband and myself have emailed, messaged via Facebook page and my husband has phone and nobody can tell us any thing! Really disappointed as the money has already been taken from my husbands account. All we want to know is if there is a problem we want the money back to source a bed elsewhere ASAP so my daughter doesn’t need to sleep on an air bed

Update: after writing this review we had emails and phone calls. The bed finally arrived today and we are pleased with it.

I made a mistake on order and the company was really helpful, changed the bed and didn't charge me. All sorted in 2 weeks.

Bed was finally delivered 26 days after placing order. Be wary of delivery promise on their website.

That's said the quality of the ottoman base is good for the price paid.

Mattress is exceptional vfm my only criticism is that it doesn't have any side strap handles so it is difficult to turn over but we can live with that.

I would recommend this company and I will be buying from them again. However I will take their delivery promises with a pinch of salt.

Ordered our bed 10 days ago and still no contact about delivery. Got a really badly worded email from “Ali” who said I’d be contacted by a courier.....STILL NOTHING. Daft receptionist takes a message and says they’ll call back “shortly” and can’t put you through to anyone. A site visit is next on the list

Customer Service on calling is an answer service.
