Don’t waste YOUR timem…
Had to call because home health nurse could not get new catheter into place for my husband. Before asking about reason for visit, demanded credit card information. Did not even ask if we have health insurance which we do, Said they would keep card information on file for future visits. This call to Dispatch Health started at 2 in the afternoon. When call completed with them, my husband could not been seen until following day. Ended up having to be transported to ER by ambulance. Great job Dispatch Health. You don’t deserve 1 star, and credit card cancelled.
Little early to say if this last visit…
Little early to say if this last visit will work, however it's not bc the wonderful people that visited me today. They are way better than Urgent Care, like Care Now. These people seem to care, they write instructions down and I am so Thankful that my insurance covers them, and my Dr. Office told me about them. I have an infected toe that is no joke. Kind caring considerate people! Thank you
HORRIBLE SERVICE
My experience with your company is very disappointing to say the least. My appointments were cancelled and moved and no one showed up 3 times. We were lied to continuously about them being on the way within a window of time and they were no call no show when the time was up. I finally cancelled all together. Horrible service. You guys need to do better. My husband and I are seniors and were depending on someone to come for a checkup because we both were not feeling well. The stress of dealing with your company has made it even worse. I would never recommend you.
After calling countless doctors and…
After calling countless doctors and being told I needed to have a membership for concierge service in order to have my 85 year old mom treated at home. I nearly gave up and then I saw Dispatch health. They were so friendly on the phone and kind and compassionate. A doctor and health tech came within the hour and spent about 2 hours with my mom giving her IV fluids, EKG and great advice. She was thoroughly examined and we all had peace of mind. We were explained that if her symptoms did not improve or if she had difficulty breathing we would have to take her to the hospital although this is not what we wanted we respected and trusted the physicians directives. As of now mom is resting comfortably and her breathing has improved. She has peace of mind because they gave her that gift. They were truly amazing. The nurse Practitioner's name is Joseph and medtech Samantha were a great team. They showed a lot of compassion and were extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I give this practice 5 stars. These are the true heroes. I'll never forgot how they cared for my Mom. Keep up the great work. I will recommend you to all my friends and family.
Promise of No Charge, but Charged, anyways
Called for complicated catheter placement for 94yo at-home hospice patient. After a discussion with the hospice nurse's, an update on the numerous unsuccessful attempts, and a brief examination, the DispatchHealth Practioner suggested a trip to ER. Although grateful for sparing mom any more discomfort and prepared to pay for the visit, the HealthDispatch Practioner assured me that we would "not be charge". A brief review of my credit card statement confirms that we were indeed charged for the visit. Will not dispute the charge, however will not be using Dispatch Health, either.
Exceptional experience
We used these guys earlier this year for in-home covid testing, didn't want to expose our kids to a crowded urgent care setting. They came to our house same day we called, took our insurance (minus co-pay), were incredibly friendly both on the phone and in-person. Seemed to genuinely love what they do. Got my kids tested and provided results via their portal within a day. Can't say enough nice things about our experience, will definitely use them again.
