Extremely happy!!
I ordered my glasses Saturday 25th July and received them 28th. I found the pair I was looking for online and rang customer service as I had a few questions I wanted to ask. They were very helpful and took my order over the phone and they arrived today. So no complaints at all I'm a very happy customer!!!

Brilliant
I needed my sunglasses quickly as I left it to last minute again, when I rang customer services to check the availability they could not do enough to help me. I placed my order yesterday morning and my glasses were here this morning. Great Service. I will definately recommend them to all my friends.

I bought a pair of sunglasses on the directsunglasses website on the 2nd July, the day next I got an e-mail telling me the delivery would take up to 10 working days... I waited... And nothing. I called them on the 10th working day and they told me they were ordering the item in Italy and it would not be with me until the beginning of August. I decided to cancel my order and the surprise came when they told me they would keep the payment until at least the 5 August!!! Never got the item, was charged, and they keep my money for more than a month!!! It's ridiculous! I definitely do not recommend them!

Good company with what you want!
I ordered through sunglasses direct as I was hunting for dirty dogs which are not sold in canary islands now. They updated me on my order & have been very helpful by email confirming everything I asked as an international delivery. Thanks again!

Rude customer services
I have ordered some sunglasses from this site and I've received an email saying they are not in stock and it would take a while for them to order them and send. They have asked if there are any alternative colours I wanted and I've chosen one of the alternatives. When the glasses arrived, they were a completely different model from what I've ordered. At this point I had to call their customer service to ask for a refund. The person on the phone was unbelievably rude and condescending and they have hang up the phone after I have asked who is going to incur postage costs considering this is their mistake. I have yet to send the glasses back and it seems they are insisting on sending me the correct pair, which I know they don't have, when they should just refund!
