Although I have had problems previously with DHL, today I received my parcel on the correct date before midday. They followed the delivery instructions which helped me a lot. Thanks.

Since I moved to Spain a few years back I NEVER got a parcel delivered at home, not once, they have not tried once to deliver. I always got the message that I wasn't home.

Although my item arrived early, the delivery driver was rude and dropped my item ( a compact tumble dryer) through my doorway. When I asked him to be careful his reply was " it was heavy so I dropped it" 🤯

A big lie. I payed 80£ to deliver from uk to Spain and it will arrive in one week,but when i maid the order, was saying 1-2 days. I will never use it again.

Absolutely the worst, don't even try to deliver. Stay away, use any other service

This is the worst delivery company I've ever dealt with. My package was supposed to be delivered last week, and DHL kept claiming the delivery failed due to an "unknown address" even though the address is correct, clear, and well known, which they themselves confirmed.

After contacting them numerous times, for several days now, the delivery has been endlessly delayed with the same message: "delivery agreed with recipient on X date", even though no such agreement was made. Nothing changes, and the package never arrives.

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I honestly don't understand why companies continue to use DHL when they seem to consistently receive 1-star reviews. I would avoid DHL as much as possible and I honestly hope I won't ever have to receive a package with them (as I'll never receive it anyway).

On December 10, 2024, I sent a parcel from the Netherlands to myself in Spain.

After 50 days, the parcel has still not been delivered.
For the past 30 days, I have been trying to find out where it is, without receiving any clear answers.

I have been on the phone more than 10 times, with no result whatsoever.
Today, at 11:00 a.m., Nathalie disconnected the call in the middle of the conversation, stating: “I am not going to help you.”

This service is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

worst of the worst.... especially on Mallorca... they simply do not even try to deliver a package.

This is not a good review actually. I sent a signature-required shipment from the US to Barcelona (Airbill: 9530265511). The package contained costly and important documents. No signature was obtained, instead the package was left in a mailbox, and now is missing. DHL refuses to help now, arguing it is after the claim period (45 days), when there was clearly a bridge of contract on their part. I want DHL to reopen the case and take responsibility for the poor service and find the package in their system.

Every time my order has DHL as the carrier, it ALWAYS goes wrong!! How is that even possible… it has come to a point where I have to ask the seller not to use DHL. There’s always something up. Held in customs for two whole months, stuck in transit, giving up on the delivery just because I wasn’t home ONCE. Not to mention they’re always LATE!! I’ve never seen such bs in my life how is that even possible??

If I could give them zero stars I would. How useless can you be, when the job is as simple as pick items up, get them sorted, drop them off?!
On several occasions now, our usual DHL driver has taken time off, whether it’s for holiday, sick days etc. His replacements are are always the dictionary definition of useless. They’re making us look bad because our customers don’t get their orders when we say they will. And they’re oblivious and blasé of the cost to us and our reputation. Their customer service is nigh on useless as well.
So if you live in the Preston Lancs area at the very least (I don’t know what they’re like in other areas), take my word for it, use someone else. Use Evri for crying out loud. DHL are just the worst.

Used DHL to send most if not all my life belongings, that was march 2025, now it’s January 2026 still nothing, and barely any response.
Any one had any luck with contacting them with a claim?

Once in a while, they decide to only print the floor-door number as my full address and then I received the information that the address is wrong so they couldn't delivwr the parcel.
This morning they went one step ahead because they provided the link to update the address and the link redirects me to the tracking which... doesn't allow for address change. There isn't even any address. I wonder how this parcel even arrived from Germany to Barcelona huh? You must have the address.
Trying to call, estimated time 6min. 30min later still no one picks up.
This is a complete BS.

It's so annoying and frustrating (and illegal???) that every delivery they fail inventing an excuse (person not at home, wrong address... every time!)

DHL literally stole from me, and they won't do anything about it.

They delivered my stuff to someone, who knows who, and marked it as delivered. I told them what happened, and they said to wait, and that they CAN'T CONTACT THE DRIVER. I kid you not, they told me they don't have the contact of the local carrier. Cool, but who does then? It's your job to be able and check who's saying something is delivered.

After many attempts to get ahold of a human, i gave up. They just stole my stuff and i can't do anything besides legal actions.

Cannot put a zero star rating,what a shame.
This company are crap full stop.
Parcel on tracker night before due delivery date showed "Dispatched" next day 9/1/26 showing the same.
Morning of 9th doorbell shows guy delivering parcel at approx 10.00am, all day still showing dispatched not "out for delivery" same evening at 20.00pm message to say delivery not possible today will now be 14/1/26.?????
What a bunch of clowns.
This happened with £900 worth of Garden furniture a few years back,ended up with 2 sets, thank you.

It is one of the few consistently bad companies! On this occasion, they were supposed to deliver a product in 1 day...it will be 5. Why pay the extra? From the average score I would say I am not the only one with the problem.
