Awful company if there is something wrong with your sofa

Ours is less than six months old and one of the cushions is faulty and delves in . Had the repair team our saying there nothing wrong with it . Changed them around and made it look nice so he could take a picture then told me there nothing he can do . Wouldn’t even sit on it after he made it look nice for the picture .

Staff, services and custormer services was awseome, i loved every aspect of it.

The company is doing exceptionally well in every ramification and will definitely love to come in again if the need arise.

The person who helped me and my daughter was very helpful in what we needed to know he sat us down explaining everything we needed to know 10 out of 10

We love the unique style of this recliner sofa (it doesn’t obviously look like a recliner). Nice fabric choices with just the colour I wanted. We were helped by Debbie on the shop floor who was really friendly, knowledgeable & helpful but didn’t pressure us.

Really polite and helpful staff. We were met by Toni who gave us some product information at our request. She was confident and knowledgeable. When we eventually decided to buy a sofa, our purchase was managed by Lucy. She was calm, polite and confident and well rehearsed in terms of going through the interest free option. Is wasn’t painful at all from a customer perspective and the purchase was completed quickly and efficiently. Of note, there was absolutely no ‘hard sell’ which is wonderful sales behaviour. At the end of the purchase our order was checked by Liam - again, all done in an efficient manner. During the purchase we were offered refreshments - nice touch. Shop was cool and well set out. Even used the customer loos which were immaculate (well done to the cleaning team!). In sum, excellent purchase experience. Highly recommended .

We visited the store to look for a new living room sofa, as our previous DFS sofa had reached the end of its life after serving us well for nearly 12 years. As the summer sale was going on we thought of a good bargain, however the one we got was not in sale but we are expecting it to uplift our living rooms appearance.

We were warmly greeted by Anabelle, who was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout our visit. She took the time to answer all our questions and guided us through the process of choosing our new 3-seater and 2-seater sofas. Whenever she was unsure about something, she didn't hesitate to seek advice from a senior colleague, ensuring we received accurate information.

Overall, it was a very positive and enjoyable experience for our family. We really appreciate excellent customer service and would happily recommend the store to others.
