The customer service was absolutely fantastic! We were well taken care of and ended up buying a custom sofa!

Absolutely disgusting by this company and wouldn’t recommend them. Ordered sofa’s from the Stirling store and had them delivered. In the order I ordered the Eazigliders and the sofa care set but I never received them on the delivery date, which I was told the delivery guys will fit them on the sofa’s for us not to mention the delivery guy was extremely rude and questioned us why we bought this sofa, which was none of his business. Anyways contacted DFS and was told they will get delivered in 10 to 14 days but they never arrived so I asked for a refund, again they were like we will send them out to you and I said no as I didn’t need them any longer and also who was going to fit them as the sofa’s were heavy to lift. Received a email saying they are issuing me with a refund but couple days later the easigliders and the sofa care set arrived. Over a month and half I have been dealing with them and now are saying they won’t refund me and will get someone out to install them. Why should accept them now? I already knew someone who had bad experience with them but I gave them the benefit of doubt and placed an order but never again. Absolutely vile company.

Heather who helped us pick out a couch was very patient, accomodating, friendly and helpful. As people buying a couch for the first time that are very indecisive, she was incredibly useful in helping us work out what style of couch we were after, style and size. She showed us a wide range, explored how it may look in our space and how different colours would look and the care needed. Her friendliness made the experience very beneficial and helped us be at ease. If someone I knew was looking to buy something from DFS in Stirling, I would advise them to ask for Heather.

Great service so far, hopefully get my sofas soon, sales agent was very knowledgeable and went through everything from beginning to end even got a colleague to confirm all details.

Georgia was so helpful and answered all our questions. Gave us hints and tips on what material to pick based on having a 6 month old puppy and what size etc would suit my home.

The sales girl was very helpful. We went looking for a particular sofa that was only available online. No good as you need to see and sit on it. However she took extra time to offer other options and we got there in the end. More than happy.

Went into the shop a couple of weeks ago just to have a look and spoke to Steve he was so helpful and helped us pick a couch but told him we would be back don't think he believed us lol but today we went back and spoke to Georgie she was lovely and helpful talked us through everything and we left very happy and with a couch
