Muhammad was very informative great knowledge and took time with us.

We only went into showroom to order sofas as the website wouldn't allow us to order the combination needed. Showroom staff had no problem ordering what we needed, once she listened to what we were saying rather than talking continually.

He was warm, welcoming and never pushy, which made looking around so much easier. He took the time to understand exactly what style, size and comfort level we were after, and showed us options that perfectly fitted our home and budget.

The quality of the sofas is excellent – sturdy frames, high‑grade fabrics and cushions that keep their shape, not just soft for a few weeks. You can really tell they’re built to last. What impressed me most was the pricing: Faisal went through all the current discounts and offers, and managed to secure us a great deal with significant savings compared to the ticket price.
