From walking in we felt welcome we wasn't stalked around the showroom and was allowed to look ,feel and try and suite that we found staff were available straight away if we wanted to ask any questions or demonstrate anything, customer service excellent didn't get the lady's name who helped us buy our suite but she made the whole experience of buying so simple and easy
