Bought 2/2 seater leather sofas
Bought 2/2 seater leather sofas, staff in store for the sale were brilliant, however the after sales is diabolical! We have a problem with the leather being’ contaminated’ Dfs is word not ours, we took out insurance ( not worth the paper it’s written on) only to be told from insurer that because it’s only 16 months old it’s up to the manufacturer to put right, we have had to go through consumer rights to try to get it sorted, still waiting for outcome! From entrance into the store the staff were certious and informative, guided us to the various products without any pressure at all. Answered all our questions promptly and at no point did we feel any pressure, overall very pleased. We purchased on line previously but being instore and the service we had, we are very satisfied

I went to the store but not one person…
I went to the store but not one person approached me to ask if I needed advice , they were all sat chatting on the sofas so I found the setter I wanted and went home and ordered it easily online
