The complete no pressure approach when I walked in the shop and when I did need to speak to someone Olivia was very knowledgeable on all products I looked at and very helpful when it came to the purchase.

A successful purchase and pleasant experience,
A pleasant, but non-invasive welcome took place, and we were left to look round. This we did, and viewed the entire shop 2/3 times.On finding a possible 1st.choice for a new Sofa,we called for assistance. Our assistant was the same one who initially greeted us , and who then handled the whole purchasing process, …… doing so admirably well both my wife and I agree.

We were welcomed into the store and left to look around at our leisure. When we were ready for assistance Rowan helped us through the process and explained thoroughly what costs were and any additional information we needed . Very pleased with our purchase.
