We browsed on the Sunday and had a very helpful gent, Rowan who gave us all the information needed and also solutions to space requirements, we went home, measured up, returned the next day and purchased the sofa. The purchase was also made through Rowan and checked by Roy. The service we were provided was absolutely fantastic! I would highly recommend to friends and family!

This was my 3rd visit to the store in 2 weeks to make my purchase, i dealt with Rowan who i had previously spend 30-45 minutes with the day before, on my visits he was very knowledgeable, supportive and understood my needs and budget, he was clear in the details and explained everything in fine detail to put me at ease at it is a big ££ purchase, he was not pushy but gave me all options and did upsell to me on points he knew would matter to me as a consumer

Experience was good/bad
Saw 4 different sofas online that I wanted to view in store as I like to see what I'm buying beforehand. Unfortunately, non of these were in store for viewing.
Ended up buying a sofa I Happy with sofa, however, if the sofa I wanted to view in store were there, I would've probably bought a leather one.
My other complaint is that you charge a delivery fee. If I'm spending that much in store, I'd expect free delivery, £129 for 15-20 journey I think is a bit steep.
If the sofas I wanted to see & I had free delivery or at a lot lower rate for delivery I would've given more stars. I was happy with the member of staff who I dealt with. He was polite & helpful.

Our delivery charge is the same in-store, online and over the phone. Your delivery will be assembled in a room of your choice by professionals and the packaging of your furniture is then disposed of in a sustainable and responsible way.
Than you for your feedback regarding the display ranges, many of our ranges are online exclusive and not available to view in store, we will of course pass this feedback on and we do appreciate you sharing this.
