The young woman who served my wife and I, Sara, was very professional and more importantly, to my wife and myself, very patient, but not pushy.
We looked at various two and three seater chairs and Sara was able to answer all the questions we put to her to our satisfaction.
We would have no problem visiting your store again and perhaps next time we may even be offered a coffee.

The sales women she was excellent at her job very knowledgeable very kind and outstanding it was a long journey to the store in Huddersfield but well worth it I can’t sing her praises high enough first class service and as well as the other team perfect experience from entering the store to leaving. Helpful and friendly staff, overall a good experience. Thank you. Disappointing that you have to pay a delivery fee when making such a large purchase but other than that I’m hoping my new suite and accessories live up to my expectations.

Just popped in to look around. Young man called Arron greeted us asked what we were looking for , he showed us and then left us saying to call him if we needed any help or more info, this gave us time to have a good look around and try stuff out without being shadowed. We chose a sofa and Arron gave us all the options and info about it also a price. We decided to buy and we were taken through all the order details, how to care for the leather, delivery and installation details and what to expect. In all a very pleasant experience.

I had a great experience with DFS and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The quality of the furniture is excellent, and it looks even better in person than it did in the showroom. Aaron was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure.

I have been to the shop a few times and I like it that the staff let you browse freely and do not put you under any pressure to choose quickly.
Today we wanted to order a sofa so Maf answered all our questions clearly and concisely and then Sara took our order. She was very polite and clearly explained the maintenance process for the sofas and also how the order and delivery takes place.
The whole process was swift and we left feeling confident that we had purchased the right sofa with the right people.
