Absolutely amazing! Chrissie helped me today to get my bed! I am currently new to my place so I was very anxious with choose the right bed but Chrissie made my experience so wonderful.

Very soft spoken, very lovely lady. Not only did she discuss the benefits of the bed I got but she also discussed about the different beds dfs has and different types of furnitures and what to look out for on my next visit.

Before visiting DFS, we looked around several furniture showrooms, but none of them met our expectation and excellent customer service we received at DFS. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome and well looked after.

Linzi was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand our needs and helped us choose the perfect sofa and other furniture for our home. She explained everything clearly, including the available options, the ordering process, and how to care for and maintain our furniture. She never rushed us and gave us plenty of time to make the right decision.
Even during the billing process, she was kind, helpful, and made everything smooth and stress-free.
We are extremely happy with our purchase and would highly recommend DFS, especially Linzi, to anyone looking for outstanding customer service and quality furniture.

Ross was very knowledgeable and helped my mum understand her options. Staff were all very pleasant and not pushy. In the end mum has bought a really nice sofa which I think she'll be pleased with.

We were looking specifically for a riser recliner chair. We were shown a couple of options but were undecided. The assistant was helpful without being pushy...we decided to check out another store nearby, couldn't find anything suitable & returned.. purchased the one we liked in a different colour than the one on display. Very happy with our choice & look forward to delivery.
