Becky was brilliant from start to finish. Went through all of the colour options and combinations and was thorough on care instructions. She went out of her way to remember our names and was really good with my children.

We had a really positive experience…
We had a really positive experience ordering our new sofa from DFS. The whole process was simple and straightforward from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, all of our questions were answered, and we never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision.
The member of staff who helped us was friendly, engaging and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable. We left feeling confident that we understood what would happen next and what to expect with our order.
Really pleased with the service we received and looking forward to our new sofa arriving!

The members of staff we interacted with…
The members of staff we interacted with were attentive and helpful. We were offered a much needed coffee after trailing round other stores. When we decided which sofa we wanted we were given specific care information, offered care insurance and add ons. The young lady who dealt with us was efficient and very pleasant and personable.
