Dee served me she was pleasant polite and not at all pushy, she answered all my questions and knew all the information we requested. She was patient whilst I made a call to my son to get my room measured and we had pleasant chat about dogs, so she was engaging and not at all pushy in any way.

We were made to feel at ease as soon as…
We were made to feel at ease as soon as we walked into the store. We were not pounced upon straight away by a sales person but we were allowed time to browse and absorb what was on offer. We were then approached by Rachel who was incredibly helpful and supported our buying journey from start to finish
She was particularly professional, helpful, knowlegeable and brilliant in bringing our ideas to reality.

Service prior to delivery
The sales person was really helpful and actively looked for the best deal for us. Order relations were double checked as process which was good as minimises human error ensuring order is processed with no issues from the start. Only just purchased so can’t comment on delivery yet but up to this point no complaints at all.
