Paul was fantastic from start to finish. Even when we had to leave half way through to pick kids up from grand parents house. Explained everything, talked us through all of our options/different fabrics for the sofa. And made sure we understood the next steps once everything was finalised

We were just browsing .
We were just browsing and after chatting with the sales person were able to choose a Sofa which suited us perfectly. We were unsure of the size we had chosen but the sales person held the items for us while we went home to measure.
We decided a larger sofa would work so when we were called from the store we were able to Change the order and pay the extra then and there. Top marks and top customer service.

Fantastic experience and service from David, DFS Metrocentre. We enjoyed our visit and were under no pressure. We were offered refreshments and told to take our time. Once we had chosen our sofas, David took us through all our options and answered any questions we had to ensure that we were picking exactly what is right for us including measurements. Overall, a great experience. Excellent & proffessional customer by David and his colleagues. We're super excited for our delivery!

Very happy with the service provided. Advisor listened to what we wanted and gave advice and options and guided us through the process. Excellent customer service for us. Never followed us around the shop and let us ask for their help when wanted. All in all very happy thank you

Salesman said that the 2 tables would…
Salesman said that the 2 tables would be assembled by the delivery lads. They don’t do this. I am not far short of 75 years old and these tables are heavy. I had to assemble them myself. Would not have bought them of if I had known that I had to erect them myself.

With our extended home ranges, some of these items do require self assembly but will be placed into the room of choice by our third party delivery company. This is reflected in the delivery charge.
We do assure you that the delivery process is always discussed at the point of sale when purchasing in our store or over the phone and is shown on the checkout when placing your order online.
