A very pleasant and straightforward purchase, Jess was great from when we walked in until we walked out she made everything easy and wanted to go that little bit further to help us get the Sofa we wanted.

We were just browsing .
We were just browsing and after chatting with the sales person were able to choose a Sofa which suited us perfectly. We were unsure of the size we had chosen but the sales person held the items for us while we went home to measure.
We decided a larger sofa would work so when we were called from the store we were able to Change the order and pay the extra then and there. Top marks and top customer service.

Fantastic experience and service from…
Fantastic experience and service from David, DFS Metrocentre. We enjoyed our visit and were under no pressure. We were offered refreshments and told to take our time. Once we had chosen our sofas, David took us through all our options and answered any questions we had to ensure that we were picking exactly what is right for us including measurements. Overall, a great experience. Excellent & proffessional customer by David and his colleagues. We're super excited for our delivery!
