Knew exactly what we were looking for when we arrived at DFS & Rachel spotted that when we entered the shop. She gave us a couple of minutes then came over to offer her assistance. She was attentive & very patient while we discussed colour, cushions & extras. She double checked everything with us then a colleague came over to check everything again. Customer service was excellent. Purchase was completed efficiently & we left very happy. Thank you Rachel.

When you sell a sofa to someone maybe you should tell that due to the design of the sofa it slopes to the back, i purchased a lorella 4 seater and the lounge part slopes and is not comfortable, this was not noticeable at the store
