My experience was great with dfs the lady was very helpful, but when my sofa came it’s not the colour I hoped for , I’m very disappointed it said it was black , but looked dark grey on the sample , amd when delivered it’s navy blue , I hate it and very uncomfortable

After the store, it was poor
Guy in the store was good. After that it was rubbish tbh. Delivery guys didn’t put it together properly so I had to redo it when they left. They also cut the bottom of the sofas open as didn’t have the proper tools needed to install the feet. Customer service said they would get someone to fix it but nothing came from that. I then chased them to get it sorted but the wait time was too long and my partner was in labour when they could come over.

In some instances, the feet for the furniture are stored in the base of the sofa and we do need to cut the base cloth to gain access to these parts. We can see an appointment was scheduled for earlier this year to resolve this area of concern.
