DFS Furniture - Chester Reviews 

When we arrived the suite we had viewed a week earlier had unfortunately been sold as it was on a special offer. The manageress and Aaron worked there magic and found the same suite available at another store and arranged everything for us. Great service !!

We had Josh who approached us as we entered and pointed out round the store where the sofas we were specifically looking for were. Additionally, when coming to ordering ours he was also brilliant.

Honest and not pushy salesman, really personable. With good knowledge.

No pushy sales techniques. Went away measured and then came back! Wouldn't have dome this otherwise!
Don't like it when sales reps follow you around the store but the guy that helped us! Been there 3 weeks and never did this! Fab!

We were looked after all the way through our visit by a very knowledgeable store assistant who explained everything in detail about the sofa we had chosen.
We were made very welcome and the store assistant was so polite & friendly.
We recommend if you are looking for a new sofa that you visit this store in Chester.
We will definitely return in future.

New employee dealt with our sofa purchase, polite very clear and no pressure which I liked very much, all options where given to me, which I didn't choose but again no pressure, normal to do buy from a different store but now would highly recommend the chester store.

Very friendly staff as myself and partner entered the shop, we were asked if we needed help and was left to wander around to have a look, we decided to purchase a 3 seater and 2 seater power recliner's, which was on a bundle price,the gentleman that took all my details was very professional and made us welcome I can't remember his name or I would mention him by name many thanks dfs

Aaron was a perfect level of approaching us but giving us space to think and talk things through. We have been sofa shopping for a while at multiple shops and have been put up several shops due to feeling stalked around the shop. He was patient, transparent with the questions we asked and personable. We are really grateful for our positive experience

The lady was very friendly and helpful

All round great experience, staff very friendly and knowledgeable, didn’t push us for time and gave us advice when we needed it, made it a very relaxed shopping experience, all staff very helpful who ever we spoke to especially Matt who completed our order for us.

Spoke to a lovely guy called Matt at Chester. So helpful! Made the whole experience so easy! Lovely guy, explained everything in detail and made the process so easy! Would defo recommend to other people! 5 stars!

From start to finish Jay was polite & responsive to our need.It was her suggestion we looked at the sofa we eventually bought. Offering us different options to suit our need her knowledge lead us to choose what was correct for us. Jay is credit to DFS

Daniel was really helpful and not pushy. He even let us rearrange the sofas we were buying so we could see the exact layout they will have in our house.

Staff easily accessible, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable of product and worked as a team.

Showroom easy to move around and we were comfortable testing furniture.

Matt was great at dealing with everything we needed, and also really friendly, and helpful from start to finish 👌
