Excellent service, variety and of products, Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable about each design.

We went into the store and new exactly what we wanted, Tommy at the chester (Sealand road) store was professional, spoke through different options that was available in what we wanted. He had so much time for us and did not make us feel rushed into making our decisions. We felt like we could have spoken to him for hours he made is feel that comfortable. Would highly recommend this store and Tommy if any is considering buying furniture/sofa from dfs. We will definitely be back for our next one in the furture

Found exactly what we were looking for and the staff member (Daniel) who assisted was extremely helpful. He advised on a variety of additional services, without any unwanted sales pressure and talked us through all the details along with answering all our questions - which all rounded up, made our visit, and subsequent purchase a pleasure.
