We recently bought a new sofa from DFS Cannock and had a fantastic experience. Tracey was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Sufficient , friendly and informative. We went to buy sofa- bed
We went to buy sofa- bed. We were explained where they are located and also how the label indicates that this item is a sofa- bed. We were approached by sales person just in time when we needed and left to make our decision after demonstration.( they weren’t into our faces much that I liked). I think, company doing well also by providing information online about the products. We just needed a bit reassurance before we made the purchase. Tracey helps us with advices about the fabrics( it was really usefull) , she instructed us in a friendly manner about the terms and conditions. Will be awaiting for the delivery now .
