We had an amazing experience at DFS with Gary. He was absolutely lovely, friendly and incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, answered all of our questions and made the whole process feel relaxed and easy, without ever making us feel pressured.

Eleni listened to our needs, she had excellent product knowledge and she clearly explained the mechanism, the insurance and the maintenance required for our leather sofa and we felt re-assured as this will be our first leather sofa.

Made welcome at the store, but left alone to browse at our leisure. When we narrowed our choices down the sales people were on hand to explain everything to us. We even had a coffee whilst choosing our suite.

Gary introduced himself to us in a friendly manner and offered us refreshments. He asked a few questions of us and listened carefully, this enabled him to show us the sofas that met our requirements. He was patient with our dithering and answered all our questions about the sofas, materials, different qualities etc in a professional and detailed way. At the end, every process of the order was discussed and we were also shown how to make our final payment. We were even wished good luck in the draw, with our charity ticket. It was a very positive experience from start to finish. Thank you very much.

Gary the salesman in Cambridge was excellent, giving all the information we required.
He showed us the unit we were interested in and let us try it out. Because I have limited mobility he explained the difference in the fillings and giving his advice.

It's nice to have a salesperson that knows what they are doing. Martin knew the showroom, knew the products and knew what we were after. He was brilliant.

Great experience. Ali looked after us. No pushy sales tactics, came over asked how we were, if we needed anything and answered any questions we had.
Left us to decide and then was happy to comeback and answer more questions. Really approachable member of staff, great service, great memory, could describe the sofa we previously bought from DFS. Only by coincidence as we were processing our order Ali discovered he made the sale to us 10yrs ago!

Our sales advisor Ali was superb. He was very knowledgeable, understood our needs and helped us find the perfect sofa sets for our new home. Trying out the sofa sets on the shop floor, it was very obvious in terms of the quality compared to other places.
