The Sales person-Ms Ellona attending to us was attentive and tried her best to offer what suits our need. She was knowledgeable and knew the products well. She brought in humor in her conversation and made us feel comfortable. She was able to offer options and suggest realistically what could work. Gave us time and called us up to follow the sales. She was warm and offered us beverages too. Next day when we were there to decide we requested for a better deal and took effort when we confirmed what to we wanted to speak to her GM. Altogether we were very satisfied with our purchase and the Ellona who served us..Thank you!

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish!
We had a fantastic experience at DFS Brent Cross, all thanks to Rush (I believe that was his name).
He was incredibly kind, patient, professional and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our choices, took the time to answer all our questions and never made us feel rushed or pressured.
His customer service was absolutely outstanding, and he made our shopping experience so much easier and more enjoyable.
A huge thank you to him for his kindness, patience and exceptional service. He is a real credit to DFS, and they are very lucky to have someone like him on their team!

We had a fantastic experience buying our sofa from DFS. Vijesh Halai at Brent Cross was absolutely brilliant from start to finish…friendly, professional and extremely helpful without ever making us feel pressured.
