A welcoming experience that is unforgettable
Sean was a welcoming and cheerful employee and was extremely helpful and took time to explain some of the concepts that we fully didn’t understand. He even thought well for us and explained everything to his fullest ability. I would say the experience was welcoming and fun too, a five star experience.

Great Experience
We visited the store in two different occasions, the first time we didn’t have a great experience all staff were chatting and it felt like we were bothering them. The second time we had a great experience, all the staff were very helpful. After looking for different sofas in multiple stores we decided to go for one on DFS as it was good value, great quality and the most comfortable. The staff that helped us was amazing, very friendly and helpful with all our queries. She explained all the details very well.

Visited the Belfast store in Boucher. Customer service was excellent. Michael was absolutely amazing.
Manager was lovely as well. Would definitely recommend if your looking a new sofa.

Very pleasant experience
Couldn’t fault dfs or the help we received. We made our purchase with a man called Sean and he made the experience for us, as first time home owners a very pleasant one. Highly recommend!! the process was very simple and well explained.

Went in to purchase a recliner to match a suite we bought instore two years ago. The salesman remembered us and what we had purchased and provided an excellent presentation of what we were looking and getting through a similar type on the shop floor and even provided a cup of coffee. Excellent

Smooth, friendly service
We weren't ambushed as often happens in stores, we had a chance to look around and then we were approached by a very friendly staff member, Michael. He made everything very clear and easy. I think he could have sold us a sofa even if we didn't already know which one we liked!
