We went to the store with a clear idea of what we wanted, having viewed online.Having physically seen and sat on the sofa and listened to the sales person answer our questions we ordered the sofa.
It is to replace another dfs sofa that is 25 years old.

We were welcomed by Shaz and he didn’t put any pressure on us, he let us walk around and asked when we needed the help. Everything was fully explained, photos shown,different payment options. We even popped to another sofa shop but came back for our first choice. Shaz was funny,kind,polite and answered all we needed to know, he was well experienced.
