Staff helpfulness - Dawn was very friendly and helpful
Dawn Hammond was very friendly and helpful, asking if we were interested in something particular, then guiding us to sofas that interested us. We were offered refreshments. She talked us through particular aspects, such as heated and reclining seats. Very pleased with our experience in the Basildon store.

Poor customer service
Can't blame the store but DFS very poor customer service. Our settee was due 28th Aug, I went on tracker it says due at distribution 1st Sept, I had to ring DFS on the 17th to find where my settee was and was told it was ready for delivery. Total lack of communication, very poor

On arrival at your Basildon store we was greeted by Dawn who was a lovely lady, we didn’t feel pressured into buying anything and she was so helpful with the information we wanted about the sofa we chose, we even got offered a coffee which we’ve never had before in any other store.
