Absolutely no service

Went into the shop to look at a tuxedo. After having measurements taken, I wanted to buy short, bowtie etc, but at the end, they had absolutely no interest in customers. While directing us in direction of the bow ties, the shop assistant decided to stop and help a colleague with another customer. Having done this 2 or 3 times, we gave up and left. Very poor service from an alleged premium shop. When telling this to a friend, he shared similarly experiences and warned me to go there.
