Purchasing & using website was great

Purchasing & using website was great, but came with no instructions on how to fit together!! Thank goodness for YouTube. Managed to fix together to enable us to return a large item.

Over a week later and hasn't arrived.

Hasn't arrived.

I ordered an air conditioner on Monday 25th May for next day delivery. On Wednesday 3rd June, a week and a half later it has still not arrived.

A truck did come on Wednesday 27th, they said my air conditioner wasn't on it. Now, according to the Devola on line chat, the couriers say they delivered it on the the Thursday. They did not.

Devola have stolen £249.99 from me and won't do anything about it

Excellent service and Fan

Esay to order, next day delivery. Fan stylish and works wonderful.
Only comment it would be nice to have a place to store the remote control no the fan when not in use.

Air conditioning unit was great but deliver was not up to expectations

The air conditioner unit I wanted was not available and with the heat wave I chose the next best one for my needs.

The unit was great and the window kit worked perfectly although I am considering purchasing a third party acrylic version.

The unit is louder than expected but with planning I can get the room to cool down before bed time and then use a fan to circulate the cooler air.

The only downside for me was that the next day delivery did not meet my expectations despite me ordering it before 11am and the timer said order before 6pm.

Slimline aircon unit

Great aircon unit with WiFi and smart home integration which is really helpful! Slimline profile unit so doesn't take up much room but as efficient at cooling as our previous much larger unit. Wish there was a better alternative for standard UK window fittings (ie not sash) - the instructions for the bit of fabric make no sense and even YouTube didn't help much!. Good customer service and prompt delivery. I suspect they're going to have a busy summer if the second half of May is anything to go by!

They offer next day delivery but dont be fooled they cant withold it. They say its not a deffo. Well why offer it if you cant do it. Iv never heard the likes of it. I ended up cancelling and asking for a full refund. I will purchase elsewhere. Absolute rubbish company

A Great British Company

After buying an order exceptionally good Dehumidifier from Devola last year I opted to Buy a Floor fan from them.

Great design with plenty of power, it cools the room down a treat. Very well made unlike some other better known brands.. I personally can recommend this company for you home air/cooling needs.

As soon as we became aware of the issue, we raised a parcel search investigation directly with DPD to try and locate the shipment as quickly as possible. We’d also like to clarify that I did respond to you personally via email yesterday regarding this matter.

Avoid them

Avoid them !

I bought one of them and within a day of fixing showed them the fault on the device - they were not interested to rectify !! Said it is right despite the video clearly showing it was not doing the job.

From what we could see, the water leakage appeared to be caused by condensation due to excessive moisture levels in the room, meaning the fan was unfortunately unsuitable for the size or humidity of the space rather than defective. We do appreciate your feedback and we’re sorry we weren’t able to provide the outcome you were hoping for.

Great Customer Service

I don't normally leave reviews but the Customer Care Team were so helpful (especially Elise) when I needed to re-order a part for my air con unit. They replied within minutes of my correspondence and knew exactly what part I needed. The most straight-forward and friendly service i think i have ever recieved.

A great experience!

A great experience with this company. I ordered a fan in anticipation of the hot weather, it arrived the following day and what's more there was no delivery charge. The fan was easy to assemble, appears to be in excellent working order and I'm looking forward to using it!

Excellent panel heater

This one is just as good. Very efficient and quiet. Ordering directly from Devola was good. Next working day delivery via DX, and double boxed to prevent damage. Cheers.
