Easy to order and delivery the next…

Easy to order and delivery the next day. Good price. Easy to set up and heats the room quickly. Text in the instruction booklet very small. Some people may find it difficult to read.

I’m sure these filters are great

I’m sure these filters are great, unfortunately I wouldn’t know, my dog took them from the postman and store them to shreds before I had a chance to try them. Obviously not devolas issue hence the great review 🥴

Good heater initially, but limited support just outside warranty

I purchased a Devola 1.2kW Infrared Indoor & Outdoor Wi-Fi Heater in October 2024.

The heater worked well for around a year and I was pleased with the performance and smart controls. However, after roughly 14 months of normal use in a dry workshop, the front fascia panel became visibly distorted.

Customer service responses were polite and professional throughout. However, as the issue arose outside the one-year warranty period, the unit was not inspected and no repair or replacement was offered. A 10% goodwill discount towards purchasing another unit was the maximum support provided.

Buyers should be aware that the two-year warranty requires separate registration after purchase — this is not automatic.

Disappointing from a durability standpoint, especially given the “indoor & outdoor” positioning.

I do want to clarify why we weren’t able to offer a repair or replacement in this case. When reviewing the photos you provided, it was clear that the heater did not have the minimum clearance around it as specified in the product manual. This clearance is essential for safe heat dissipation, particularly with infrared heaters, and insufficient space can cause the front fascia to distort over time.

Because the installation didn’t meet the required safety guidance, we were unable to offer support beyond the goodwill discount — even though the fault appeared just slightly outside the warranty period. This isn’t a reflection on you personally; we simply have to follow the safety standards when assessing faults.

Regarding the two‑year warranty, you’re absolutely right: extended coverage does require registration after purchase. This is mentioned in the manual and on the website, but I appreciate that it’s easy to miss — and your feedback is helpful for highlighting where we may be able to make this clearer.

I’m genuinely sorry this has been a disappointing outcome for you, especially given your positive experience with the heater initially.

I bought one Devola 1.2 ltr dehumidifier for myself a few months ago and was very impressed with it so I bought my son one. I think that speaks for itself 😀

Dehumidifier definitely works.

Updating our conservatory with new blinds and furnishings. Realised a lot of mould and 1/2 a dozen blown windows. Replaced windows and thoroughly cleaned and painted throughout. Then purchased a Devola Dehumidifier to ensure no more mould and reduce the moisture in the air. Working perfectly, have had no damp on the windows or sills since. Emptying every other day so air moisture has definitely reduced. I recommend this product every time.

Order cancelled by Seller

Late despatch, instead of trying to resolve they cancelled my order quoting company policy. Very poor customer service and to be honest this was a replacement for 2nd heater that’s not even lasted 4 years. Sourcing alternative brand now.

You requested that we change the delivery address to one that did not match the billing address on the order. For security and fraud‑prevention reasons, we are not able to redirect an order to a completely different address once it has been placed. This was explained at the time, and our team tried to go through the available options with you.

As none of the alternative solutions were acceptable from your side, and we didn’t want your parcel being sent to an address you were unhappy with, we chose to cancel the order and issue a full refund so that it could be placed again with the correct details. This was done to protect both your order and your security — not to avoid resolving the issue.

Regarding the heater you mentioned: our products come with a 2‑year warranty, so a unit lasting 4 years is actually within a normal lifespan for this type of appliance. I’m sorry if it didn’t last as long as you expected.

We always aim to deliver helpful, friendly service, and I’m sorry this situation left you feeling otherwise.

Very pleased with the product looks…

Very pleased with the product looks smart easy to use and simple to set up with the App and voice control through Alexa. Time will tell on the longer time performance as I have only had the products two days currently.

Wall mounted plug in electric radiator

Worth going for.

I’ve replaced oil filled electric heaters with these. What a difference. Rooms heat so much faster. WiFi connectivity through SmartLife app linked to Alexa works well. Electric heating is never going to be cheap to run, but these make the house feel so much more comfortable with similar running costs to my old system. They’re smaller, cheaper to buy and look good too. Highly recommended.
