I have a new-to-me Devialet Expert 120, and setting up the speakers (Kef LS50 Meta) with a subwoofer (Kef KC62) was confusing. Wonderful advice and feedback over several weeks, both from Shanna and technical staff.

I had a technical problem with Phantom II 95
I had a technical problem with one of my speakers. There was a noise emitting from the speaker that I could not record of otherwise prove to Devialet. This made the problem really hard to diagnose for the support team. Nevertheless they tried all they could to help me and in the end replaced the speaker, even though the problem was not diagnosed. Excellent support!
Best amplifier in the world!
I started with Devialet Premier D 10 years ago, upgraded to Devialet D210 one year ago & recently Devialet D1000. Wonderful amplifier, fantastic DAC & extreme flexibility. Outstanding products & best service.

I have purchased my Phantom 1 reactor for quite a few years and one day it just stopped playing any sound. I have contacted the customer service phone line and a technical support rep Elaine was assigned to help my case.
The service was very well planned and executed and have helped reactivated my Phantom which i am most pleased!

I was very much dependent on my Customer rep Elaine, who did a terrific job keeping me focused what needed to be done to first getting my Devialet to function again and then updating the software. I did not make it easy being technically unsavvy, not remembering what I did when I first started up my Devialet , going through a house move with a completely new internet network , and constantly rescheduling and delaying!! But after all said and done we made it and all working perfectly! And I got a bit more technically savvy in the process!!! Elaine never lost her pleasantness, keeping me on track throughout the whole process!!

Silver phanton connection issue after upgrade the app Devialet
When I upgrade my Devialet with Spark to new Devialet App, I found I lost the connections. I tried one whole day still cannot got connect . I call the customer service & found Johnny who is patience & pleasant to deal with my issue. Finally , he connection was successful. During this upgrade , I found following problems.
1) If upgrade to new Devialet app, I shall discard the Spark. Then it is waste of money.
2) During the upgrade process , the App response is too slow. Sometimes I think the connection was not successful because it is too slow. Can you make the upgrade process faster .
3) I have a Tree stand, But it is difficult to connect the power & optical cable without my wife help. Need 2 person to connect !! . If connect properly or not, no indication . Therefore frequent checking during upgrade.
4) At some time I began to think it is a hardware issue
5) The troubleshooting is better to deal with in Video mode than voice mode
6) Devialet music quality is good in general , It can sense the bass when in Movie but when listen to human singing, then the bass becomes too strong & too dominat , therefore not balance .
7) suggest you set up two mode , Move mode & HIfi mode
8) The Treble is not clear enough. Fit better treble in new model .
9) re-fund part of the value of the Spark to customer .Or replace with Devialet ear-buds etc .
