Absolutely terrible service. I am looking to make a formal complaint about a Deutsche Post employee and it is simply impossible. The complaint form on the website doesn't work, the two email addresses I have found do not work, the ChatBot is a joke. How can someone raise a serious issue that needs addressing with a company that simply does not care and is not interested?

The worstttttttt company ever. Been ordering this product 4th time now, they say delivery failed and didn’t actually even try to deliver it. And then send the product back to the sender.

Absolute dog shit, you are better with finding a random pigeon on the street and strapping it with your letter, I guarantee the deliver success will be much higher

Very poor, less than a star. I bought something from holland to be delivered in Germany it’s been more than a month and it still hasn’t been delivered.

The most disgusting national shipping service existed. The organization is Germany's legalised pirate stealing and hijacking every goods passing through them. My parcel was sent to me with item inside missing while it's properly sealed by their official tape. The item later was found with their staff many weeks later. They gave the excuse of checking for battery to safe their backside while the item doesn't even contain battery. Now since it was found with their staff, somehow they are still holding my property with no excuse of why it's never shipped to me. This is hijacking of people property!!! Germany legalised pirate!!!

My parcel was “inspected” by Deutsche Post in Frankfurt, resealed with their official tape, and arrived completely empty except for their inspection letter. The item was clearly stolen while under their control. This is not a postal service, but a guild of thieves operating behind official procedures and paperwork.

After researching online, I found many other people reporting similar cases of stolen items after Deutsche Post inspections — so this is not an isolated incident. Yet there is no accountability, no investigation, and no transparency. Absolutely disgraceful — I will never use Deutsche Post again or trust them with any shipment of value.

i was booking dhl express and shopkeeper was puting racist remarks and booking into deautsche post without consent.when i checked sendung number it was deautsche post i asked him i was telling you i want dhl express then he said this is also same now my package is not arriving or coming back.i would suggest never ever trust on deautsche post.my sednung number is RT115820778DE

Very bad service today morning at Deutsche Post. The staff behaved in a disrespectful way and laughed at me. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.

USE TRACKED LETTER/PACKAGES!!
Until now I haven’t had a problem with delivery but today I had an untracked letter expected to arrive yet nothing.
I’ll change my review if it comes tommorow.

Had to ship two packages internationally . Payed for shipping with tracking (this was pointless). After I delivered the packages to the post office no tracking update for over a month, and when I finally got one it said it is being returned for unknown reasons. Then it took another month for me to get them back to my address. Shippes alot of stuff, but never had this bad of an experience as with DHL Deutschepost. So if you have a different alternative USE IT

My parcel is lost. No help from the customer service. No investigation. It's gone is all I know.

I wish I could give zero stars because this is the WORST postal service company I have ever worked with in my entire life. A package that was suppose to take at most three days from the UK to Berlin took more than a month to arrive.

I do not recommend using Deutsche Post or DHL for anything important at all. You might as well just wait until you travel to where you are sending the package.

The management and supervisory body of this company are asleep at the wheel. They need to be replaced with more competent management.

I received empty package. It's repacked by deutsche post, but there was no signs of damage on the original packing. Also, this empty package delayed for 5 months

Ordered 6/2/2025 and was advised delivery would be 6/11/2025. Today is 6/25/2025 and I still have not received my order. Not feeling very confident with this company.

Ordered a second hand PS Vita, from a seller in Ireland who sells vintage gaming devices etc... it was sent with tracked mail and the moment it left Ireland it disappeared for 37 days.

Suddenly the tracking shows it is being sent from Frankfurt Germany through Deutsche Post. The package arrived today the Ps Vita box inside the package but no PS Vita. Deutsche Post left me a letter telling me that they confiscated and destroyed my PS Vita because it had a Lithium Ion battery which they claim the seller did not declare. The seller says he declared the battery through AN post in Ireland, however its seems the sticklers in Germany thought it lacking. Throughout all this I was not contacted about the issues they encountered, nor was the seller.

Apparently, they find it very acceptable to destroy property because of a battery instead of finding a solution and delivering the package intact. Horrible service. I understand the law on dangerous materials, but this is not how to go about it.

The worst part is, this only happened because the parcel happened to fall into the hands of the Germany postal service instead of being sent with a direct flight to my country that is also in the European Union.

Honestly the way things went and the long time to deliver smells of foul play. I guess someone wanted to keep my purchase.

I orderd something from Germany last week which was posted Monday. It still hasnt gotten out of the country when it's going to Sweden just across the pond.

Seriously for being people prided on efficency you're making Russia look like a first world country.

I have ordered a package to Ireland and its already 7 days past the estimated delivery date and the package still has not came... I am already waiting 20 days and the package has still not arrived into Ireland and its just in Frankfurt past 7 days..

Abysmal. Things constantly lost in the mail; perpetual bureaucratic mismatches, customs hold-ups, etc.
