I had a great experience booking my holiday with Destination 2. The service was excellent from start to finish. Tracy, my advisor, was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions and make sure everything was arranged perfectly. She made the whole booking process easy and stress-free. I have used Destination 2 previously and would happily use them again. Highly recommended!

Booking our holiday with Stephanie was a pleasant experience, and the holiday itself has been enjoyable. Unfortunately, this has been overshadowed by the completely unacceptable handling of our airport transfers. Before travelling, we identified that the transfer had been booked with the wrong hotel details and immediately contacted customer services by both email and telephone. Despite being assured the issue would be treated as a priority, it was never corrected.
As a result, we were left stranded at Heraklion Airport at 3:00am with our children, as the transfer company refused to take us to the correct hotel. We had no choice but to pay for a taxi at our own expense. Multiple follow-up emails have gone unanswered, and our return transfer still shows the wrong hotel details. The lack of communication, failure to rectify a known error, additional expense, and unnecessary stress have been extremely disappointing. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and based on this experience, I would never book with Destination2 again.in response to your reply, we are still waiting for our return transfer confirmation - we are now 4 days into our holiday. I was hoping this time would have been more than enough time to amend hotel details.

The price of £8k for accommodation for a family of 4 was good, but the customer service was bad. No-one responded despite several chasing emails. In the end I contacted the hotel directly to organise the Transfers.

I have used destination 2 several times for hotels and package holidays and have always found them to offer the most competitive prices and packages with additional offers and upgrades. I had a wonderful experience with Destination 2. Both Nikita and Matthew were extremely helpful and understood my holiday needs. I love the fact that Destination 2 has a price match guarantee too - the process was extremely straight forward and there was no hassle.
