My purchase experience was excellent…except surprise tariff cost
My purchase experience was excellent except I should have be advise of the additional tariff tacked on prior to delivery. I know tariffs are not controlled by Desigh911 but there should have been a "warning" to the consumer from the USA that it would required at time of delivery.

While import duties and tariffs for USA deliveries are outside of our control, we do understand how disappointing additional charges on delivery can be. There is a notice provided at the basket stage advising that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, however we appreciate that this may not always be clearly seen or expected.

Lost my inlet temp sensor Gromit duh ! Ordered through design911.com and had to come direct from manufacturer or supplier , took a while to get to me but Design kept me in loop throughout the process , great service well done everyone

Excellent customer service, I had just phoned my local Porsche dealer in Wolverhampton the girl on reception was half soaked and hopeless, no one in parts picked up the phone and I’m still waiting for the call back.

Excellent customer service
Needed replacement sill ends urgently. A call to customer services and the in stock item was shipped immediately. The other was on order and arrived a week later. Only complaint is the price 😉

Poor trade service and high prices compared to direct
Incredibly slow customer service for trade, and compared to Porsche direct the prices are noticeably higher unless non OEM parts. Sadly they've made a few mistakes for my order, have continually chased them and not a great outcome, so wouldn't recommend.

Great Store with great service.
Design 911 have a massive stock and great stock options. I like the website and the ability to order from the parts diagram. This enabled me to identify the levelling bracket and associated parts for Xeon headlights.
Some of the staff are exceptional. On this occasion Tom really pulled out the stops to help me with my order, when my new membership wouldn’t sync with the website payment page. Greg is also very good, professional and a staple of the team.
