The service given to my wife and I was perfect. The installer went beyond his remit by removing seats we had asked our dealer to sort out. When we arrived to collect our car he had already fitted our hoist, and it just remained to show us how it worked. He had a lot of patients while showing us, and persisted until he was satisfied we knew how it worked.

I do not hesitate recommending Des Gosling to fit extras to our vehicles in future.

The scooter didn't fit properly in the car with the hoist. The scooter has to be pushed into the car manually as the hoist didn't allow you to bring the scooter into the car. The hoist only lifts up and down not across

Excellent bit of kit,just have to make sure it's all the way home before closing the back door (risk of breaking glass).

Although the service I have received from Des Gosling Mobility has been excellent, I am having some teething troubles with the adaptations fitted to my car. Once these have been resolved, I am sure that I will be able to upgrade my rating to 5 stars.
