Good pricing and broad selection
Good pricing and broad selection. Perhaps I would deepen more what you offer in regards of all grapes that are not the usual cabs, chardy, merlot, sauv b, syrah, pinots… there is sooo much value in alternative varieties and good value seems to be your strenght, so dwell on it! Bravo!
Lots of great and interesting wines
Lots of great and interesting wines in the shop. Low prices and some items are not available in Denmark. Good information and describtion of wines and wineries. Easy to navigate on the web site. Help to optimize shipping costs. Tracking of shipment. Shipping cost are high but deal is still attractive due to savings on the wines.

I made an order
I made an order - paid - and deli every about two weeks later.
Delivery date comes up, not a work or communication about when on the day, and eventually nothing came and still no communication whatsoever.
Probably the worst experience online so far.

Reliable service with international delivery
Everything went smoothly from the ordering to the delivery, passing through order processing. The wine was packaged properly. DHL delivery was good here in Japan. Wine line-up could be more high-end.

Very convenient service that works
Very convenient service that works - one wish - when you ship i understand that you need to pack with bottle protection in the your decantalo shipping boxes - however it would be great if yuo could find a way to include the original manufacturer cardboard boxes folded in the shipping boxes so when I receive and unpack my wine i have the original box..

I would certainly recommend them.
This company is great, I wanted a specific bottle or 6 for a meal and found Decantalo on line. The web site was easy to use and payment extremely easy to make.
I had various emails confirming the order and delivery details arriving within 2 weeks. This month I placed a larger order and again easy to order and delivered promptly.

We have never received our order of over 200 euros and the company does not reply to any of our emails requesting a refund. I have been a faithful customer of this company for a number of years and I am really disappointed in their treatment of this situation. I will never use their company again.
I havn't used decantalo in over a year…
I havn't used decantalo in over a year now but always found them to be prompt eficient and always stock the spanish wines i am interested in purchasing. Notably wines from the Aragones Bodega situated in Coto de Hayas in the Campo de Borga area of Aragon.Notably 3 fine reds all 3 100% garnacha called Coto de Hayas another called Centenaria garnacha excellent for taste and price and the pick of the bunch Fagus still after over 10 years my favourite spanish red.
Last year I purchased a few bottles of what turned out to be a great purchase Rolland Galarreta who make 3 distint variations of which I chose the Ribera del Duero really great wine however when I tried to reorder they had sold out. Great news a few morhs later i noticed the wine vack in stock and purchased a few bottles.
I ussually bring my wine back from Spain with me from our numerous anual visits which works out cheaper on the pocket. However for a cheeky top up now and again Decantalo UK can't be beaten. Happy with the entire Decantalo expeeience.

I used to buy wines from them all the time and generally was quite happy with the timings, prices and selections. Unfortunately when things go wrong, looks like they go really wrong. They ran into delivery issues at the end of November which they notified me about and I didn't object, then in the second week of December they notified me that everything is back to normal and my wines are on the way. DPD page with the tracker still states they never received anything from Decantalo and I basically haven't heard from them since. Tried contacting them via chat twice and have now sent them two emails. No reaction or acknowledgement of any kind, no movement. The wines were obviously bought with Christmas period in mind, well in advance, but even failing to deliver in time there is just no excuse in the way I am being treated. This is not the way to do business. Pathetic really.

On 24.12.2025 I received an email stating that the order was shipped.
However, according to DPD tracking, the parcel has never been handed over to the carrier.
Status for weeks: “The sender is preparing your parcel”.
No response from customer support.
I had to initiate a chargeback with my bank.
